Park Place is a master planned mixed use development located in the heart of Leawood, Kansas.
When ultimately completed, Park Place will provide over 1,200,000 square feet of office, retail, hotel and residential space on 30 acres.
Since beginning on the project in 2002, PEI has been retained by Park Place to provide professional land surveying and civil engineering for all phases of this development.
PEI collaborated with landscape architects, building architects, master planners and assisted the developers in successfully achieving entitlement approvals, which included multiple revisions.
