CEI has continued to reduce costs and improve machining tolerances by upgrading its equipment and processes. We have 4 axis CNC turning and milling capabilities with automatic tool changing. Our engineering staff uses SolidWorks 2018 and our programmers use MasterCAM 2018. Our business is structured two ways. One, our skilled tool and diemakers build a wide variety of precision tools, fixtures, special machines, etc.
And second, we machine components on the contract. CEI understands the importance of flexibility and can work around the clock to meet tight schedules. Quality and delivery are priorities with us. CEI has an enclosed room for inspection that houses a Cordax 3 axis coordinate measuring machine. CEI has served the aluminum, appliance, automotive, food and beverage, mining and plastics industries just to name a few.
