Conway C. Cooke, CEO, founded C. Cooke & Associates (C&A) over 40 years ago in 1977.
Mr. Cooke received his Civil Engineering Degree from California State University of Los Angeles in 1960 and later obtained his California State registration in both Civil and Structural Engineer.
