Credere specializes in redevelopment planning, engineering, and environmental sciences with a goal of providing services that positively impact the community, economy, and environment using Smart Growth principles. Credere is SBA certified 8(a); DOT certified DBE in ME, NH and MA; and Self-Certified EDWOSB/WOSB. The Callahan Mine site comprises 150 acres in a coastal, rural setting in Brooksville, Maine, and abuts a large tidal.

Credere went right to work in the region, and in just three months completed a regional Brownfields inventory, assisted RPC and Advisory Committee with developing site selection criteria, and met with municipalities, property owners, and other stakeholders to explain the program.The Eastern Fine Paper site is currently being redeveloped into a modular fabrication facility by Cianbro Constructors.
