Founded in 1993, NIES Engineering, Inc. is wholly owned by its six Principal / Owners. The two senior Owners of the firm are John Phipps, P.E. and Terrence Hodnik, P.E. In 2008 Neil Simstad and Joe Peters became partners of the firm. Chris Moore and Derek Snyder became partners in 2013 and 2016 respectively. We are a multi-discipline engineering firm founded on the basic principles of Quality Engineering, Responsive Service, and Cost-Effective Engineering Solutions.
