SA Engineering, Inc. began as Avery Engineering in 1976 before forming a partnership as Sandel-Avery Engineering in 1978, and finally incorporating in 1997 as SA Engineering, Inc. The firm provides electrical engineering services that take ideas and make them into finished products. Our lab has hundreds of thousands of parts for prototyping and testing and also has several hundred thousand dollars worth of test equipment.

Lois Kolbet was a co-founder of Avery Engineering in 1976 and since then she has managed accounts, payroll, and tax compliance while also providing technical support.
She continued with the company through our expansion into the partnership of Sandel-Avery Engineering in 1976 and then incorporation as SA Engineering in 1997.
With SA Engineering, she has also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and ISO9000 Compliance Officer.
She does schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium.
Expertise setting up computer based systems including Xylinx Spartan FPGAs, avid Microsoft TechNet subscriber, expert exchange member, developed media center system with custom PCI sound card.
