Nearly every industry relies on rubber rollers, assemblies or sub-assemblies. Because these rubber assemblies often experience heavy use, they need to be of the highest quality - no matter how big or small they may be. At REDCO, we manufacture the best rubber products, emphasizing complete customer satisfaction with a commitment to quality, on time delivery and cost effective production.
If you need prototypes, volume manufacturing, or require production of a subassembly component, REDCO is your one-stop source! Precision is not only possible with CNC machining - it's a breeze. We produce all types of rubber parts to close tolerances with an exceptional degree of repeatability. REDCO first started producing custom rubber products in San Leandro, CA in 1948.
Since that time, we have built a reputation for quality, delivery and service. In 1990, we moved our operation to its current location in Carson City, Nevada. At our 45,000-square foot facility, we manufacture an expansive range of rubber products.

REDCO offers complete die cutting services to produce custom die cut gaskets and other custom die cuts that perfectly match our customers' specifications.
All of our steel rule dies are laser cut to guarantee quality and accuracy of the finished product.
We provide completely custom die cuts, with kiss cutting and saw cutting capabilities, as needed.
All die cut gaskets and other die cut products are available with or without pressure sensitive adhesives.
Custom die cuts can also be laminated to plastic or sheet metal.

Kiss cutting is for materials with an adhesive backing.
We use a special die cutting machine to cut through the gasket material and the adhesive backing without cutting the release liner.
At REDCO, we can remove the excess matrix or leave it in place - it depends on your preferences.
Kiss cut parts on a sheet or roll are easy to remove, which expedites assembly processes.
Besides kiss cut gaskets, some other kiss cut products include silicone press pads, insulators, separators, thermal shielding, vibration mounts, thermal barriers, noise and vibration dampeners, high-performance seals, MilSpec nameplates, and many other products and applications.
