Acticon Engineering, P.C. was established in 1995 by Mauricio Cueva-Eguiguren, PE, CFEI and provides electrical engineering & design, forensic investigations and expert testimony services associated with the client's electrical needs. In addition, Acticon's experience includes providing expert opinions as a court appointed arbitrator about disputes between tenants and landlords related to energy usage (electrical and gas) in shopping malls, as it was the case in a recent New York City case.
