Michael founded ML Arnold & Associates, LLC in 2010 after serving as the Vice President of Development of Tradition, Florida for Core Communities.
Michael was responsible for all development activities in Florida.
The 8,200 acre development with 5-miles of I-95 frontage, over 18,000 planned residential units, 8-million square feet of office, retail, and industrial, 4-interchanges, a university site, hospital, and a biotech park.
Mike was responsible for a combined estimated construction budget of $1.14 billion for common and local infrastructure.
Michael was responsible for all development activities in Florida.
