Industrial Machine & Engineering was established in 1996. We have been providing quality products to our customers both locally and internationally for more than 25 years! We have the experience, know-how, and passion to help you design and manufacture the parts you need to get your projects accomplished! Let us put our 25+ years of experience to work for you!
Services
Let our engineers work with you to design the parts you need to make your ideas come to life.
With our 3D modeling software we can create 3D models of individual parts and large assemblies so you can see a scaled model of your projects before they get manufactured.
Once you have a design finalized, hand it off to our machining experts and let them turn your ideas into reality.
After prototypes have been made, we can also help you with research and development of your final product.

Here at Industrial Machine & Engineering we have multiple 3-axis and 4-axis CNC Milling machines and machining centers with up to 30" X 60" travels.
CNC and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) capabilities allow us to program quickly and accurately off of a 3D model in order to ensure the quality and detail that you expect.
We have multiple turning centers/lathes for all of your round and cylindrical part needs.
CNC control allows us to machine desired contours and shapes in most materials including metals, plastics, composites and more!

The Wire EDM process uses electric current to cut conductive materials such as hardened tool steel, graphite, and carbide, leaving a smooth surface that requires no further finishing or polishing.
Our four Wire EDM machines allow us to cut virtually any contour with extreme accuracy and quality.
Our two Sinker EDM's can burn any electrically conductive material.
Sinker EDM's are a good solution for machining dies and molds, or any pre-hardened material that may otherwise be hard to machine.

Our waterjet machine has a 72" X 120" cutting bed and can cut materials up to 8" thick.
Capable of cutting all metals, including hardened tool steel as well as stone, plastics, composites, glass, ceramics, rubber and more!
The intelligent Taper Control System eliminates edge taper and produces high accuracy results.

Here at Industrial Machine & Engineering we have multiple presses and can stamp up to 150 tons.
We can design and build your tooling for use in your own facility, or stamp your parts in house.
The first step in die making is to create the design.
Our engineers and machine specialists have the experience, expertise, and desire to work with you and design a die to stamp the parts you need.
Check out some of the 3D Models of dies we have designed and built in the past.
Once a design has been finalized its time to build the die.
