The company's founder Bill Whisonant graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1979 and received his professional engineering license in 1986. Mr. Whisonant has 26 years of experience working for A/E firms 18 of those years were with design build A/E firms. WES offers diverse structural design experience ranging from commercial, correctional, educational, hospitality, religious, office, residential, condominium, student housing, and resorts.
