The company has a group of highly motivated engineers, surveyors, and designers specializing in commercial development throughout the United States. This store is the first of the new V4 prototype Kum & Go has rolled out.
Ozark Civil Engineering provided overall project planning and permitting with state and local agencies.
With just over 1.5 acres of land available to develop, Ozark was tasked with utilizing underground detention.
Stormwater was routed through a network of pipes to a storm box with a multi-stage weir located within it.
Ozark also assisted in floodplain coordination to ensure items were in compliance with various agencies.
