For over 20 years, we have provided expertise in successfully navigating land development projects through the local, state, and federal regulatory process for land use approvals.
Our site development project experience varies in both size and scope. We perform services on multi-million dollar commercial and industrial projects and also provide personal service for residential projects. Our civil engineers perform all tasks necessary to take a project from an owner's vision through the site design and permitting process before assisting with final construction.
In addition to land development projects, Napierala Consulting also performs municipal engineering services, water, sanitary sewer and storm water design, and environmental assessment engineering services. Some tasks include: hydrologic and hydraulic flood studies, water line extensions, sanitary sewer separation, septic system designs, traffic study reports, as well as environmental assessment phase 1 and phase 2 reports.

The humble beginnings started by converting the basement of his residential home into an office with a telephone, computer, plotter, and copier.
In 2005 the sole proprietorship was restructured to a Professional Corporation with a minor name change, Napierala Consulting Professional Engineer, P.C.
By producing an excellent product, Napierala Consulting grew in projects and employees steadily increasing its geographic area throughout the Eastern United States.
As a result, in 2006 the firm needed space and moved to its current location at 110 Fayette Street in the Village of Manlius.
In 2005 the sole proprietorship was restructured to a Professional Corporation with a minor name change, Napierala Consulting Professional Engineer, P.C.
