We find that most folks have land and want to know where it starts and ends or they want to develop their land.
A LSP shows only the boundary lines, easements and right-of-ways.
With a LSP, the property corners are found and re-establishes any missing corners.
Optional information may include easements as disclosed in a title commitment (not required but recommended).
The completed survey follows Colorado Revised Statute and is recorded with the County and becomes public record.
