Metal Stamping
Our full-service metal stamping facility handles progressive dies up to 144" in length with tonnage capacities ranging from 60 to 2000 tons. We specialize in producing complex components with tight tolerances for automotive and industrial applications. Our capabilities include fourslide manufacturing, compound die production, and secondary operations like welding and assembly.
Prototyping
We offer rapid metal prototyping solutions for both small and large components, from simple brackets to complete automotive panels. Our crash forming process delivers production-intent parts in as little as four weeks, supporting design validation and manufacturing issue resolution with advanced 3D simulation technology.
Tool Building
Our in-house tool building department creates precision dies using state-of-the-art CAD systems and CNC machining centers. We handle everything from simple compound dies to complex kirksite tools, with automated processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every tool we produce.
Fixture Design
