At E'Mation Controls and Engineering, programmable logic controllers are at the core of our business.
Our engineers can provide services ranging from small PLC program modifications to full line control and integration.
All of the specialists at E'Mation Controls and Engineering are experienced programmers who have been developing PLC systems for years.

We are looking for controls engineers with 3+ years of hands on controls design and programming in the special machine area.
AB500, AB5000, GE Proficy, Siemens S7, PLC's and HMI's, AutoCad.
ABB, Denso, Fanuc, MotoMan robot experience a plus.
We are looking for robot programmers with hands on programming, startup, and troubleshooting skills.
ABB, Denso, Fanuc, MotoMan robot experience.
Other duties include field wiring and panel building when needed.
Our panel builders are responsible for the physical assembly and wiring of industrial control panels.
At E'Mation Controls and Engineering, our controls engineers are responsible for electrical hardware design, PLC Programming, HMI programming, troubleshooting and commissioning of automation control systems.
Hands on field experience across multiple PLC and HMI platforms is required.
This position will require less than 10% travel, generally well-within 100 miles round-trip.
International travel will not be required.
Nights, holidays, and weekends are typically not required.
E'Mation Controls and Engineering provides a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Within E'Mation Controls and Engineering, our panel builders are responsible for the physical assembly and wiring of industrial control panels.
They build panels to print including lying out and physically mounting devices to back panels, wiring per print and testing the panel to ensure that it is built according to plan.
Additionally, we install and field wire our panels to ensure proper functionality for our clients.
Our panel builders must be able to understand the fundamentals of electricity and read an electrical schematic.
Within E'Mation Controls and Engineering's Robotics Division, our robotic service technicians' complete robotic controls integration, service and replacement of robotic parts, provide preventative maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, and training on many brands of robots.
Our robot technicians work with ABB, Fanuc, MotoMan, and Denso robotics controllers among others.
We are an ABB authorized systems integrator and value added provider.
