The Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Level 6 Engineering, Janine Rhoads has a passion for helping clients achieve transformative change by leveraging thoughtful combinations of proven methodologies and strategic research.
Ms. Rhoads' passion derives not only from the hallowed halls of the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business (she is a very proud alumna), but more than 15 years of experience in business consulting (with an emphasis in supply chain operations, change management, and programmatic process improvement) where she served more than 30 clients, including a number of Fortune 100 companies and US governmental entities.
