Nemec Engineering is a small civil engineering company located in the heart of central Idaho. We specialize in providing quality 3D models and practical, buildable designs. Established in 2008, we have worked on projects of every shape and size throughout the Northwest. Our projects range from small parking lots to interstates, bridges, airports and more.

Our engineering experience and background allows us to go above and beyond in identifying potential plan discrepancies, addressing change orders, and unexpected field conditions that often come up during construction. On the flip side, our experience working with contractors through construction helps us prepare practical, buildable designs that can be efficiently constructed.

Nemec Engineering specializes in providing surface model data for use in machine control and handheld rover systems.
We have extensive experience producing models for Trimble, Topcon, and Leica systems.
We have prepared models for projects ranging from small site jobs that used the technology simply to check grade to large freeway projects incorporating miles of machine controlled mill, grading, and concrete paving operations.

A PDF or paper copy of the plans - All our models get checked to the approved construction plans.
A CAD base file with applicable references - It's rare for plans these days to include enough information to fully layout a site.
We'll use the design files to create clean, usable field linework.
Be sure to ask for applicable references.
For instance, often a building footprint will be referenced into a base file from another drawing.
