SEISCO Engineering & Environmental Design Associates, Inc. performs general engineering, earthquake retrofit design, architecture, construction management, and environmental services for federal, commercial, industrial and residential projects in California, Washington, Florida, and Hawaii. Our staff is committed to delivering services that keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Our first priority is to satisfy client's interest. SEISCO has familiarity of the area, market, city requirements, and design osbstacles that helps us build an excellent reputation. David is the Principal of the company with 27 years of engineering experience in California.

His experience encompasses a wide spectrum of structural, environmental, and civil engineering projects, specializing in structural assessments, seismic reinforcing, building envelope and construction defects, plans and specification evaluation, quality control, building construction, construction methods, and management.Along with his professional experience, he has also worked on publications and working papers, and has conducted professional lectures and seminars.

SEISCO specializes in the structural and civil fields of engineering.
Design work ranges from small projects such as foundation repair, to larger projects such as the design of a landmark's entire water distribution system.
An ongoing project working with the University Cooperative Student Association in Berkeley, California, to seismically reinforce student housing.
SEISCO has been involved in the initial building assessments and thereafter in generating engineering plans to seismically reinforce hazardous building.
SEISCO is strongly involved in architecture and construction management, and has been involved in many design-build projects in the Bay Area.
Architectural design of a new prairie school residence and construction with drainage and landscape improvements.
Our design was influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright's Robie House in Chicago, Illinois.
