Proper & O'Leary Engineering dpc specializes in structural and auxiliary civil engineering services. The firm was established in 2014 by Dan Proper & Melissa O'Leary, who combined have over 35 years of consulting experience. P&O provides comprehensive structural engineering services from conceptual planning through completion. Our goal is to provide thorough, high-quality design that help our clientele exceed their project objectives.
We pride ourselves on being able to listen to our clients' needs, work collaboratively within a design team and develop smart integrated solutions that best fit each project scenario. We are currently licensed in nine states, and continue to expand our reach to maintain our strong client relationships. Located in the Hudson Valley Region, our employees have experience in assessing and designing structural steel, concrete, masonry, nominal wood and timber projects.
Our current, but ever expanding, resume of projects includes custom residential, commercial, industrial, performance spaces, religious, civil, Aerial Park Facilities, and unique military search & rescue structures.
