Billingsley Engineering began in 1981 in Santa Rosa, NM. The firm has since grown to include a diverse staff of engineers, surveyors, draftsmen and laboratory staff located in an historic building in Las Vegas, NM. We use state of the art equipment and software to provide service to our clients, and believe our clients must be the ones in control of any assignment we are given.
Our role is to provide support and help. Our employees are essential elements of this objective and some have been given an opportunity to share in ownership and management of the company affairs. Responsible for utilizing AutoCad to draft & redesign plans and detailed drawings for highway construction projects, following applicable standards and specifications.
Darrel's main focus is in drainage & storm drain networks, but works closely with the entire team to provide support in other areas to meet each project's requirements.

Our Construction Engineering division offers "value engineering" plan preparation, traffic control plan development, structural engineering of temporary supports, bridge jacking and shoring plans, lateral bracing and formwork design, demolition plans and storm water diversion analysis and design.
