Charlie is a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in Mining Engineering, B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. He has over ten years of experience in mining and geotechnical engineering fields. Charlie specializes in underground mine planning and design; hazardous slope mitigation and design, geotechnical analysis; and project management.
