We have over 200 combined years of experience in small and rural community utility engineering. Kentucky Engineering Group's focus is on assisting the rural municipality or utility district with capital improvement projects, expansions and improvements to existing systems and compliance with regulatory agencies.

All of our Project Managers have extensive experience with project administration of Rural Development, KIA, SRF, EPA, EDA, CDBG, Coal Severance, and Abandoned Mine Lands funded projects.
Holly Nicholas is Kentucky Engineering Group's Senior Project Administrator and Funding Assistance Specialist.
Holly has completed over 50 Rural Development funded projects and 25 Kentucky Infrastructure Authority funded projects in the past 30 years.
