David is a co-founder of Inwood and serves as the firm's President.
After graduating from the University of Florida in 1990, he provided construction inspection, water and wastewater engineering, solid waste facility design, and stormwater management analysis.
His experience developed into municipal project management and state transportation systems study and design.
From these experiences in all facets of statewide civil infrastructure development, David learned the value of client relationships, honesty, and trust.

Around this same time, we were selected for our first utility master plan and design for the St. Lucie County International Airport.
