ADH Technical Services, Inc. dba ADH Environmental (ADH) is a California Corporation established in 1999. ADH's offices are located in Soquel, McKinleyville, and Redding, California, with other field offices located strategically around the state. ADH is a very nimble corporation able to provide our services throughout central and northern California focused on water quality issues ranging from small/routine to large/high profile projects requiring an elevated degree of business and technical sophistication.

As an environmental consulting services corporation, ADH's staff is comprised of storm water and surface water quality management professionals, professionally certified engineers, professional geologists, engineering geologists, qualified SWPPP developers and practitioners, hydrogeologists, oceanographers, biologists, and database management personnel.

ADH staff have up to 30 years of experience in serving both public and private sector clients. In addition to providing superior professional services, ADH can assist in meeting important diversity supplier contractual requirements.
Services
ADH has successfully performed water quality and stormwater related monitoring programs since 1999, and many of our staff have over twenty years professional experience providing expertise to federal, state, and municipal agencies, Native American tribes, as well as commercial, industrial and private clientele.
ADH staff has performed such projects throughout the coastal oceans, estuaries, harbors, rivers, and waterway conveyances of the Western United States complying with all respective federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
Mr. Hnatt is founder and president of ADH and has over 30 years experience performing complex environmental investigation programs.
In 1988, Mr. Hnatt began his career with The MARK Group, Engineers & Geologists, Inc. performing hydrogeologic, remedial investigation/feasibility studies, solid waste assessment and geotechnical projects throughout central and southern California.
He served as a senior project scientist for Kinnetic Laboratories, Inc. from 1993 until 1997, where he managed sediment dredge reuse/disposal studies, several large-scale industrial and municipal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase I programs, and water quality special studies throughout California.
Mr. Kocher has over 30 years of professional experience performing sediment dredge materials studies, physical oceanography, storm water hydrology, and coastal water/sediment quality investigations.
Mr. Kocher has served as a project manager and senior scientist for large-scale, multi-faceted environmental investigations for both government and private sectors.
He has comprehensive experience in regulatory compliance studies, dredge materials reuse/disposal projects, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) water, sediment and biological quality monitoring.
Mr. Wilde has over 43 years of experience performing stormwater studies including conceptual design, monitoring equipment custom configuration and installation, remote communications, and statistical data management and analysis.
In relation to instrumentation hardware and software, he has created programs for various data loggers and interfaced sensors for automated stormwater sampling systems, including the development of input/output routines using proprietary communications protocols of manufacturers of flow meters and other devices.
Tim Cook has over 36 years of experience conducting geological investigations and designing systems to improve the environment.
He has served as the vice president of a construction/engineering firm, performed research, performed field inspections, and provided oversight during large earth moving projects.
His expertise includes stormwater management, groundwater remediation and feasibility studies and solid waste management.
He has managed over 300 investigations and construction projects and has built a working relationship with many state and local regulators.
