Mr. Turman founded J.B. Turman Engineering, PLLC in 2010 and co-founded Turman Morton, Inc. in 2017.
Mr. Turman grew up in a family that made a living constructing bridges in West Virginia and has over 21 years of experience in engineering consulting for the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways.
Mr. Turman is an accomplished manager and designer with extensive experience in the management of roadway and bridge projects to include design-bid-build, design-build, preliminary studies, value engineering, and final design, detailing and cost estimating.
