He has more than 25 years of combined experiences in Property Condition Assessments, environmental engineering, Reserve Studies, structural evaluations & design, site drainage, conceptual studies and construction monitoring.
Bob has been providing commercial real estate due diligence services for over 25 years.
He has performed Property Condition Assessments and Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments for hundreds of properties including 30+ story buildings, 1 million+ square foot manufacturing warehouses, 250+ unit apartment complexes and large tracts of undeveloped land.

For significant repair projects (paving, roofing, etc.) we can provide any or all of the following services: develop a written scope of work and project specifications, solicit bids from contractors on behalf of the association, evaluate and compare bids, review bids with the Board of Directors, monitor project progress and quality of work, review any requested change orders, develop punch list, verify project completion.
