David Engineering Construction, Inc. (DEC) celebrates 25 years in the heavy civil construction industry as a general contractor serving schools, municipalities, cities, counties, State and Federal Agencies through open bids, JOCs, IDIQs, BAP, BOA and negotiated work.
Under the SBA federally certified 8(a) small business program, DEC has grown from specializing in heavy civil construction, to include vertical construction, design-build capabilities and specialty construction services.
Expanding to include these new construction services was intentionally planned for company growth and sustainability both during and after the 8(a) program.
