Mr. Gudmundson's experience as a design professional extends more than four decades.
After a successful 34+ year run with Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd, where he served as a project engineer, project manager, Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President, and 4 1/2 years as President/CEO, he helped arrange a blending of Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd staff into another firm.
Within a short period of time thereafter, he realized that his passion for superior client service could only be realized by establishing a new firm, and thus, RWG Engineering LLC was born.
