Serving as President and CEO, Ken has a Masters of Management with an emphasis in Acquisition & Contracting.
He is a retired Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) Officer with over 25 years of service in a variety of government an industry acquisition roles including staff and operations positions.
He has more than 15 years of applied program management experience working on weapons systems, software systems, test and evaluation, program assessments and policy, training and workforce development.

Participants completing the DITAP program will be trained, educated and coached to increase their proficiency and confidence to acquire digital services and be better stewards of agency resources.
