The alternative Design-Build process puts the owner in a position of direct collaboration with the contractor, bypassing a complicated bid phase while managing the risk of overblown design by the design team through continuous Contractor involvement.

Commissioned systems included water-cooled VRF heating and cooling, domestic hot water heaters, condensing boilers, cooling tower, VAV dedicated outside air systems, packaged rooftop heat pumps, data center precision cooling, emergency ventilation controls and integrated energy management system.
The owners of this mixed use facility think way outside the box when it comes to MEP systems.
