Luke A. Sefton, P.E., C.F.M. is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer and longtime Arizona resident with over 35 years of civil engineering, surveying, project/fiscal management, and military leadership experience.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University as well as completion of the Engineer Officer Course in Fort Belvoir, VA and is licensed to practice civil engineering in Arizona and New Mexico as a Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager.
