DRPE was formed 25 years ago by Mr. Danny R. Price, P. E, L.S. and Richard L. Bostic, L.S.
Under their vision and professional guidance, DRPE has progressively grown from a small firm offering land surveying and small scale engineering to a company currently employing 35 individuals.

DRPE maintains Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and Virginia Board of Coal Mine Examiners (BCME) certified instructors for the administration of safety and the proper instruction of safety to our employees.

DRPE has the expertise to provide stakeout for many types of construction projects from earthwork, roads, and highways, bridges, buildings, piping systems, to steel erection.
We utilize programmable construction software on our surveying instruments to minimize field calculations.
The construction data for the stakeout is programmed and calculated in the office atmosphere and uploaded by a computer to the surveying equipment.
The software then allows the party chief to easily determine cuts, fills, offsets, alignment points, etc.
