Martin Mills is a California licensed Civil Engineer.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, and has a Certificate of Proficiency in Drafting Technology from Cabrillo College.
After seven years working full time as an Associate Engineer, preparing civil and structural plans and calculations, he founded Mills Young Engineering.
An additional 15 years of prior experience in building construction and facilities maintenance provide a beneficial perspective to projects.
