Oliver Little Gipson Engineering, Inc. has been providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering since 1995. The firm's partners, Dean Oliver, Tim Little and Tony Gipson, were childhood friends and have worked together since the 1980s. The lessons they learned on their first project are still with them. In this day of buyouts and mergers, OLG Engineering's collective wisdom is rare, and our clients appreciate it.

Oliver Little Gipson Engineering, Inc. was founded as a full service consulting engineering firm in Tullahoma in 1995.
The firm has three partners: Dean Oliver, Tim Little, and Tony Gipson.
The three have known each other since boyhood, growing up together in Franklin County, Tennessee.
Dean was a year ahead of Tim and Tony and after high school headed to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned a mechanical engineering degree.
Tim and Tony graduated in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, respectively, from Tennessee Tech in Cookeville.
OLG offers a broad range of professional engineering services relating to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering.
These services include preliminary investigations, reports, studies, preparation of design drawings and specifications, system integration, and construction observation.
OLG presently has professionals registered in over 40 states.
We have Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers designing layouts and developing engineering specifications for many types manufacturing and commercial facilities.
Mr. Oliver has a multi-tiered level of experience, covering a very diverse range of projects.
He was the lead engineer for three miles of 125-pound underground shallow and deep trench steam line project, with responsibility for construction management and testing.
Mr. Little has developed a variety of experiences stemming from his affiliation with the Space Shuttle Program.
His efforts in payload development, placement, and securing mechanisms provide him with a unique and abstract approach to complex issues.
