Mrs. Deanna F. Ferrell, MBA, is the owner and President of TEDS.
As a founding member of the firm, Deanna has charted the direction of TEDS since inception in 2007.
Having led the successful creation of three previous businesses, including all the tasks required starting-up and continuing the businesses, Deanna's unique experience has allowed TEDS to rise quickly as a leader in the transportation engineering industry of Central Florida.

TEDS specializes in traffic engineering services, including Traffic Engineering / Safety Studies, Traffic Engineering Design and Intelligent Transportation System (TSM&O) Design.
Additionally, TEDS assists FDOT and local agencies by providing Transportation Planning expertise along with completing select private development assistance for those clients who share TEDS guiding principle of "Doing the Right Thing!".

On a daily basis TEDS is responsible for conducting and/or utilizing short-term traffic surveys taken with automated equipment.
TEDS knows and understands the importance of gathering data as a cooperative effort with FDOT, local governments and metropolitan planning organizations (MPO).
Most importantly, TEDS understands the importance of the quality and accuracy of the data.
Data is the basis of most decisions made with respect to the transportation network and quality is imperative.
TEDS maintains a fleet of data collection vehicles that are clearly marked identifying the company along with safety enhancements, including strobes front and back along with on top, to protect both our technicians and the traveling public.

The following are some of the Community Events TEDS has supported, including our annual support of Steve Ferrell's (HDR Engineering) initiative for March of Dimes and Second Harvest Food Bank along with when a group of us went to Second Harvest Food Bank to volunteer packing of foods for those in need.
