In 2000, the three principals of Innovative Engineering Services, LLC - Thomas E.A. Massaro, CPMP & LEED AP, Peter J. Pycela, P.E. and David J. Maurer - began their business venture with a corporate office in the New Haven, Connecticut area and a branch office in New York City.
