KPE has earned a solid reputation with its customers and within the industry as a premier provider of prototype as well as quality long and short run part CNC milling.
Within our facility, we have a large combination of Haas, Samsung and Fadal vertical machining centers with three, four and five axis capability.
Our team of highly trained and experienced precision machining specialists can machine parts up to 40 inches long and 36 inches wide.
It has been Keystone's policy to add new machining centers every year and this year is no exception.
At Keystone, our CNC Turning Lathe Centers can support diameter turning up to 10 inches with very close tolerances.
We combine Haas, Hardinge and Samsung centers with close tolerance capabilities to.0002.
Our latest addition is a Haas center with a 6' bar feeder.
Our team of precision turning specialists combine years of experience with extensive resources to run at maximum productivity while maintaining unmatched quality.
Our lathes can handle all types of materials from the ordinary to the more difficult alloys; copper is regarded as a specialty.
Wire EDM is one of the most accurate machining processes available.
At Keystone, we can manufacture some of the most complex shapes with some of the closest tolerances available in the machine world.
With our two Sodick Wire EDM machines, our EDM specialists can produce both simple and complex parts with exceptionally tight tolerances and smooth finishes.
This capability allows us to combine with our milling and turning departments to produce parts that in the past would have been impossible to make at a cost that is extremely affordable.
