New construction of concert hall. Sams Engineering is providing glulam design and coordinating with structural steel fabricator/detailers. In 2016, Sams Engineering acted as engineer of record for the new facility that houses Country Boy Brewery in Georgetown, KY. We are now excited to be working with Tom Cruze (architect) and Judy Construction on a new expansion of their facility.
Business must be great for Country Boy! Aggregate pier foundation/site improvement, composite steel/concrete first floor with concrete shear walls, and pre-engineered metal building roof structure.
