He attended NYU School of Law where he graduated in the top third of his class. His Bar admissions include the States of New York and Georgia, the United States and the District Court SDNY.
Jim is experienced in Financial services transactions, operations and regulations especially agency and fiduciary activities. He is currently serving as Senior Legal Consultant, Citibank, N. A., a member of Citigroup. He provides counsel to Citibank's Worldwide Securities Services Division. He is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa - National Leadership Honors.
Victor: Vic obtained his MSA in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University. With over twenty-six years experience in government and private industry in various areas of management specializing in FLSA, FMLA, Job Descriptions and Analysis, Appraisals' and organizational Policies and Procedures.
