Morgan & Parmley, Ltd. works to develop cost-effective projects that are within our clients' budgets. We also assist municipalities in grant and loan searches to help fund projects. We have a long history of assisting communities in locating new water sources, testing for quality and quantity and developing wells. Morgan & Parmley, Ltd. is a full service engineering firm with a small staff of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

Our staff of Professional Engineers has engineering experience ranging from ten years to fifty years. The professional staff is also assisted by our support team. In addition to the professional licenses, some are licensed as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, a Certified Soil Tester, a Certified Concrete Tester, and a Certified Bridge Inspector.

W.D. Morgan graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) in 1904 with a degree in General Engineering and located in Ladysmith, Wisconsin shortly thereafter.
One of his many enterprises was the formation of a general construction company specializing in municipal sewer and water installations.
Mr. Morgan also served as an engineer and surveyor on many projects throughout the area.
During the late 1930s the company was known as W.D. Morgan & Son, when George H. Morgan was made a partner.
