Initially incorporated as Simpson & Seidler in 1996 by Kurt Seidler and Paul Simpson, the firm has benefited from 11 years of continuous growth as an engineering consulting firm.
Focusing on civil, geotechnical and structural engineering services to both public and private clients, the company was initially located in the Youngstown Business Incubator in downtown Youngstown, Ohio.
After three years, Mr. Simpson left the firm to pursue other business opportunities, and in 1999 Mr. Seidler renamed the firm Seidler Engineering.
