Henry, Meisenheimer & Gende, Inc. (dba HMG Engineers, Inc.) was established in Carlyle, Illinois in 1966 by Dale Henry, Harold Meisenheimer, and Robert Gende.
Their objective was to provide multi-disciplined engineering expertise for a variety of municipal state, federal and private clients.
They partnered with Joe Rezek to start RHMG Engineers, Inc. in Libertyville, Illinois in 1970 and the companies remain affiliated.
HMG principals are involved in day-to-day leadership, project quality control and hands-on project management.
