Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. (Pinnacle) was formed in 1991 to serve the expanding environmental needs of industrial and manufacturing businesses. As an environmental engineering and consulting company, Pinnacle provides a full range of environmental, industrial, civil engineering, and remedial field services -- serving the expanding environmental needs of railroad, industrial, commercial, utility, manufacturing, and renewable energy clientele.

With 5 office locations in Minneapolis, Rochester, Omaha, Billings, and Bismarck, Pinnacle Engineering is positioned to support our clients across the Midwest in both urban and rural environments. Pinnacle's unique blend of multi-disciplined professionals can meet both the general and specific needs of each project. Pinnacle has a full complement of supporting staff ranging from engineers and environmental scientists to geologists and hydrologists.

Currently in its 29th year of business, Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. (Pinnacle) was formed in 1991 by Jim Holland to serve the expanding environmental needs of industrial and manufacturing businesses.
As an environmental engineering and consulting company, Pinnacle provides a full range of environmental, industrial, civil engineering, and remedial field services -- serving the expanding environmental needs of railroad, industrial, commercial, utility, manufacturing, and renewable energy clientele.
In 1991, Jim founded Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. and he has served as CEO since the company's inception.
Jim's tireless efforts and leadership have been the primary catalyst for growth and change within Pinnacle Engineering.
His experience spans the realm of service offerings.
For the past twenty plus years, Jim has focused his practice on the Rail, Industrial and Infrastructure industries.
Jim is a trusted partner that Pinnacle clientele call on in times of emergencies that need immediate response.

Site-specific Health and Safety (H&S) Plans are established and reviewed by each Pinnacle Engineering employee prior to participation in projects.
Safety is discussed in the field during project safety tailgate meetings to address any specific hazards and evaluate root causes and trend analyses to ensure continual improvement.
Pinnacle personnel are trained in 40-hour and 8-Hour Refresher HAZWOPER courses, e-Railsafe, Quantitative Fit Testing, etc.
Pinnacle personnel participate in numerous tabletop and functional FRP (Facility Response Plans) and preparedness exercises to stay proficient in all aspects of response scenarios and tactical planning.
Pinnacle Engineering strives to support organizations that work to strengthen our communities.
Through our contributions and Pinnacle employee volunteers, we help numerous charities and organizations.
This holiday, Pinnacle Engineering donated to 3 separate organizations on behalf of company and all of our employees.
These organizations include Westonka Food Shelf, Sharing & Caring Hands, & The Young Life Program.
Pinnacle Engineering is extremely proud to donate to the Young Life Program helping adolescents grow their faith.
