Our unique coating process provides a chemical deposition of silver / silver chloride (AgCl) on the plastic substrate that will not peel, flake or rub off.
This uniform silver coating applied to precision molded products enhances the mechanical and electrical performance of the finished electrode products so they can meet or exceed applicable AAMI Standards.
Our ongoing product and process development provide custom molded pieces which can be silver coated to your exact specifications.
Our proprietary water treatment/recycling system ensures high performance coating without any "expense" to our environment.
