Plans call for 30,937 square feet of office space, 3,105 square feet of retail space and a 212,156-square-foot, eight-level parking garage with roughly more than 560 spaces.
The new residential college replaced the existing 65-year-old Vanderbilt and Barnard Halls and is located on the same site.
