Mr. Halsey and Mr. Hedden have worked together as a surveyor-engineer team for the past twenty and have a combined 50 years of experience.
The recent addition of Daniel O. Mutzner, P.E. to the firm has enhanced our qualifications by his bringing more than 35 years of a wide range of civil engineering experience.
We employ two (2) licensed Professional Engineers and one (1) licensed Professional Surveyor with each having more than 25 years of experience in the design and overall project management of civil engineering projects.
