The municipal services group provides civil engineering, planning, environmental, and technology services to government agencies. In general, our role is to help city leaders understand their options so that they are able to make informed decisions regarding their infrastructure and transportation systems. The land development group at Hyalite acts as project facilitators on a host of urban and rural engineered projects for the private sector.

Our professional staff are expert permit facilitators and provide civil, environmental, structural, and land surveying services to aid in securing development entitlements. Our structural group provides professional engineering services to architects, contractors, building material providers, and the precast concrete industry for commercial, industrial, and residential-type projects.

They are experts in the mechanics of materials and the code requirements for professionally built projects. The survey group provides land surveying services to government, energy, commercial, and private clients.
