1979, Fire Sprinkler Consultants, Inc. (FSC, Inc. ) was incorporated as an independent company offering fire protection services. 1994, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services were added, the firm changed it's name to FSC, Inc. 2005, FSC, Inc. added a Code and Life Safety consulting division. Also, our MEP division and FMS Engineers merged together to form the first subsidiary, FSC MEP Engineers, LLC.
2006, FSC, Inc. started operations in India by establishing FSC Engineers, Pvt Ltd and opening an office in Bhopal, M.P. 2008, FSC, Inc. established a new subsidiary in India, FSC Consulting Services, Pvt Ltd, to service the local market. 2011, FSC, Inc. opened its second office in India for FSC Consulting Services, Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. 2019, FSC, Inc. added a new subsidiary, Preferred Building Solutions, LLC, to perform Commissioning and Owner's Representative Services.
