Messick & Associates has been providing civil site design services for over 30 years to both public and private clients throughout the state of Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Throughout the firm's existence, Messick has worked on a wide variety of projects from single family lot development to large residential and multi-family subdivisions, as well as commercial, industrial and capital projects that include all facets of land development.

The firm grew to more than 50% of the engineering market share in the local Anne Arundel County and Annapolis area.
In 1983 CD Messick, Jr. & Associates was sold to another local firm but opened again in 1986 as Messick & Associates simply to complete some personal projects for the Messick family.
When the development community learned that Messick was back in business, they quickly came calling for engineering service help.
